Studies suggest that it boosts your immune system, aids in digestive problems, improves bone health, and may even combat cancer. (Maybe i've been reading too much)😁
if you are post menopausal ask for estrogen...the tabs you just insert twice a week. That helped me in a lot of ways. My numbers were better too.
