I'm planning to ask my neph about Vitamin K2 in upcoming visit.

I've heard that Kefir has some K2, but I'd like to know more.

Holding steady at stage 4 😜

Kefir is a dairy product isn't it? Ideally, kidney patients should avoid dairy.

Kefir is a healthy fermented food with a consistency comparable to drinkable yogurt. This product is traditionally made from dairy milk, but plenty of nondairy options are available. Studies suggest that it boosts your immune system, aids in digestive problems, improves bone health, and may even combat cancer. (Maybe i've been reading too much)😁

if you are post menopausal ask for estrogen...the tabs you just insert twice a week. That helped me in a lot of ways. My numbers were better too.

She was having problems with urinary tract infections and those tabs stopped those.
