Hello everyone. Back after a long long time. 2 years of covid .down with it a month after second vaccination, hba1c reached 295 . CKD still stage 1 .Now landed with IBS issues. Dr says it’ll take long time , disturbing any help

I'm happy to hear you're still at Stage 1 and that it wasn't affected by Covid.
I've had IBS for decades. Ask your Dr. for a referral to a dietician. IBS can be helped / controlled with diet.

To manage your IBS learn what triggers it eg stress? Then try to find a way of sorting out the trigger. I still get IBS but because I know that it's because I'm stressed, I try to relax a little.
Try following the FODMAP diet to sort out your food issues for IBS. It's an elimination diet so once you figure it out you should be good to go in most cases. You might also consider an anti-inflammation diet.
