Thanks for link to a good article. I am stage 3b and have to watch phosphorus, sodium, potassium. I previously did aerobics. My Doctor approved of walking as the exercise for me. I live in FL so walk all year most days in morning and sometimes walk less. Hydrating I found to be important. I do have low RBC.
