Have a look at drugs.com/prednisone.html Sleep problem is mentioned, you should have a discussion with your health care team if it bothers you.

Like most meds it can affect people in different ways.

I've been on doses of 5mg up to 100mg over the past 40 years for asthma and autoimmune disease and now low dose for kidney disease from my autoimmune disease.

I tend to get wired and hungry when I'm on it. I haven't even been sleepy but like I said meds affect different people in different ways.

Call your pharmacist and have them review all your meds and see what could be causing your sleepiness. Is it sleepiness or fatigue? They are different of course. If its fatigue it could be your adrenal glands are being overly affected by the Prednisolone.

Then check with Dr. but I'd ask the pharmacist first as they are the medication experts.

Best of luck.
