Made shortbread cookies from a Davita.com recipe. I celebrate any time to share with friends and/or family.
I forgot about Shortbread, I love it! My mother was Scottish so she always made it for the holidays.
A cousin sent me a large tin of Hawaiian Cookie Co. shortbread cookies recently, and gosh are they delicious. 2 of each type, some dipped in dark or white chocolate, some with pieces of mango, oh my are they good. I'm treating myself with one every-other-day with a cup of hot tea. (altho I could probably just sit and eat the whole tin! Moderation, right?!). Good idea to try the DaVita recipe confuseddiabetic. (if I ever get that much energy!).
