I have been looking for a clear table with GFR and Creatinine levels. However, all I find is general graphs and general guidelines that 'under 1.2 is good'.
Does anyone here have a link to information on specific levels of creatinine, ideally correlated with GFR and stages of kidney disease?
Thank you.

Thank you. I had seen that one in my online searches but was hoping for one specifically going into detail based on Creatinine as opposed to GFR (which can be roughly derived from Creatinine levels, I know). Nevertheless, thank you very much.
