TITLE. : Possible Renal failure

I recently went to the doctor after sum blood tests, she was worried about my kidney and liver readings. Sum where she wrote renal failure. Since this problem has just cropped up she ordered sum tests again which the results will be 2mro.

My readings as follows

AST 275

CREAT 122.94

CRD51.3

Im so scared because real do not want a situation of dialesis.

I'm on high blood pressure and ARV treatment, but they have since stopped the arv because of this problem.

So do I have kidney failure and how can I try treat it before going to dialesis stage

Hi Tharas,

I am new to this too. From what I have learned over the past couple of weeks it sounds like your Doctor is doing the right thing by stopping some of your meds. Unfortunately, I think that you have just got to wait and see what your latest blood results say, and try to keep your blood pressure down.

Hi Tharas so extreme high blood pressure caused my kidney disease. So it’s very important to get your blood pressure under control immediately. I was diagnosed with star 3 kidney disease 10 years ago and lived with stage 3 for 10 years. Depending on your GFR it will determine where you are at on kidney function. I would say get on a kidney healthy diet and work with your doctor to get the high blood pressure under control-Good Luck
