Guide to New Food Labels
Thanks, OC ...However, the list of "Ingredients to Avoid" doesn't appy to everyone.
Example, if we're LOW on potassium, sodium...but i realize we need to keep our labs up-to-date. 👍
Thanks for posting this helpful information, OC41!
OC, turning a page on a mere calendar & wishing for a Happy NEW Year will not automatically make it "happy"...Hope that doesn't seem pessimistic. I believe it's reality, especially at my age.
I don't expect "normal", as shown in my recent lab numbers. Averages overall are ok (in standard range) but my RBC , HGB, & WBC have all dropped even though my iron & platelet count are in "normal" range.
I've been taking a vegatable "Blood Builder" for 2 months but must assume "anemia" is normal for me. (or anyone with CKD?)
Will be "chatting" with my nephrologist in a few days ☺️
2021 may reveal the answers 👍Thanks
