I too am stage4 and have been now for 3 years. I maintain my numbers with diet and a healty lifestyle. There is lots to do to help yourself and we love to share.

Hi Goodgirl and welcome to healthunlock, your definitely in the right place. I am at stage 4 too. And I went to some classes to learn and understand ckd it also helped me to know that I'm not alone.
