Hello vinadhun2! From my correspondence with some of the people in this forum, I’ve learned that sometimes, excessive body muscle mass in itself, as well as heavy weight-lifting exercises, can cause creatinine to become elevated and remain elevated. Some people even say that this can be normal in those cases. Has your doctor expressed any concerns about this? If so, has she / he provided you any advice on the matter?
If all of your other levels seem to be fine, and your kidney function is not suffering from this, is it possible that she / he feels that there is no cause for concern? I’m really not sure. It sounds as though, other than your higher creatinine levels, you seem to be in fairly good health, but I would still urge you to seek your doctor’s / nephrologist’s advice. Wish I could be more helpful to you. Many blessings. 😊👍🙏✌️
