HI, Stage two can be just a little below normal to on its way to 3a. It is really not normal to have fatigue at that stage. I would look for another cause other than just being stage 2. Most people do not even know they are stage 2 from lack of symptoms. I would suggest you check your blood work for anemia, low iron or low B12. Also check you Vit d level because at this time of year for many people in the USA, the low sunshine does not provide enough Vit D. Good luck.
I have stage 2 . Previously had fatigue but now it's gone . Now I have breathing difficulty and swelling. Honestly nothing I do makes me feel much better. Some light exercise makes me breath a little easier but that's about it. I guess this was not the answer you are looking but every case is different. I hope something works out for you.
I have been feeling fatique several years before my diagnosis of ckd. The doctors told me it had nothing to do with my kidneys. Through my own investigation I started taking D and B complex, even though my blood work didn't show I needed it. It has help me. I did check with nephrologist first. Also when I changed my diet and started eating less protein as well as a kidney friendly diet. Trying to put less stress on the kidneys. These things have helped me. Keep asking questions. Keep investigating. Hopeful you will find something that helps you.
What is D and B Complex?
Thanks everyone.
