I recently was becoming very sick with very bad headaches. Come to find out my blood pressure was extremely high. Doctors put me back on BP meds (I have been off them for a while). A few weeks later I went to the Dr. She tested my blood and my EGFR is 45. From what I have read this not great. I had a test on 02/06/19 and my results were >60. Is it normal for this to drop so low so fast? I had blood taken again today and follow up with my Dr on Monday. Is it possible my results will come back up to >60? I have no idea what I am dealing with.

What were you taking for the headaches. If you were taking NSAIDS that may explain the decline and it may or may not come back up. It all depends on the damage that has been done to the kidney and if it is reversible.
Yes your GFR can fluctuate. The high blood pressure may be reflected in the lower GFR. And yes, with the right medications ( and diet) it can possibly rebound. Make sure you keep your BP and sugar, if that's an issue, stable and give it some time. Learn what things benefit kidney health at Davita.com or National Kidney Foundation
