Robiga,
Speak to your doctor. There can be an underlying cause such as low Vit D, anemia and low B12 which might be contributing to you fatigue. And having impaired kidney function can be a contributor but I would definitely have more labs drawn. I also recommend that when you are tired, rest. It is not good to push yourself.
In addition to what Bassetmommer said, I’d just add that I had CKD-related anemia when I was in Stage IIIa with creatinine 1.1 and eGFR higher than yours is now. So it is possible to have CKD-related anemia fairly early in the progression with CKD. Frankly, my anemia has in most ways been the worst side effect I’ve had to manage.
There are various ways to treat the anemia though so you definitely need to visit with your medical team members about it as Bassetmommer suggested. My PCP got me started on complex vitamin B. She has focused more on that and my vitamin D than has my nephrologist. The two do confer one with another fairly frequently though.
And definitely don’t overdo it. I find that if I hold everything very stable on a daily basis I can still work full time, exercise daily, etc. My exercise is a fairly light workout. So I strive for longer time spent exercising daily ... However, every day is very consistent for me. That way I don’t get overly tired and can manage all of this while living alone.
