I am CKD4, a male age 79, and whose right kidney was removed in 2016 due to TCC related directly to CIS of the bladder (which was removed in 2015). For several months, I have felt more fatigue than before. I wear a pacemaker for atrial fibrillation (AFIB). Yesterday, at a periodic in-office check, my electro-cardiologist discovered that I have been in constant AFIB, not 15-20% of the time before fatigue set in. Lately, I've needed 30 minute afternoon naps. In a few days, my pacemaker will be re-set. My doc stated that it was no doubt AFIB out-of-control causing fatigue, not CKD4.

So glad they were able to find out what was going on! I guess that is a lesson for all of us to listen to our bodies.
Take care of yourself!
