Meal planning

Anybody have an example of a renal diabetic meal plan! I can find lots of ear this but don’t eat this and sometimes they contradict but I have be searching for actual meal plans! If you can help, thank you! My husband is stage 4 CKD, diabetic and has HTN and high triglycerides!

I live in Richmond, VA, and I'm disappointed that we have no renal dietician within 75-100 miles. However, I highly recommend the 2-hour FREE seminar conduced by experienced nurses employed by DaVita dialysis centers. DaVita operates in some parts of the USA. I recently repeated this seminar, and left with an armload of valuable meal-planning information.
