There is a lot involved with kidney disease. It is not just one factor but many things. Creatinine is just one value. I have put a post here for your information. Please be careful about taking a supplement without checking with your doctor. I saw some home remedies out there on the intranet but I won't post it. Check with your doctor first.

Stage five.... I would not mess with supplements at all, especially if you are headed towards dialysis which is where stage 5 is.

A lot of supplements do more damage and also counteract what TKI drugs need to do...

It depends on the cause of the kidneys decrease in functioning. Less protein per meal, and if possible, only plant based protein, might help. That's per my kidney dietitian.
