Remicade; anyone on it?

Is anyone on this site with CKD have to use remicade for another condition? If so, how does it affect your CKD? Do you get an infusion? Can you use it if you are on dialysis?

I checked on drugs.com/remicade.html and it does not seem the kidney is a problem if you take it. Does seem like the liver is in danger. You probably want to check there regarding drug interactions.

I must have been on my phone and hit the wrong reply button, it was obviously in the wrong place for that question.

As far as the other replies, I wish someone had told us about the connection 20 years ago and I'm hoping my son has not had damage to his only kidney because of not knowing it.
