Regardless of whether or not someone responds in the affirmative to your question, don't take any supplements unless you first run it by your Care Team. Some supplements, not all, are designed to separate you from your money. Others have little to no value and may actually harm one or more medical conditions you have. There are a few good ones that can be beneficial. I only take one, and all of my doctors have okayed it.
