2 Tbsp ground flaxseed = 70 kcals, 3 g pro, 4 g fiber, 114 mg K+, 95 mg PO4
2 Tbsp chia seeds = 140 kcals, 5 g pro, 10 g fiber, 120 mg K+, 265 mg PO4
I would favor ground flaxseed over the chia seeds. Flaxseeds have a lower amount of total phosphorus vs the chia seeds. I would not exceed 2 Tablespoons total from either flax or chia per day.
