new in Los Angeles with stage 4 kidney cancer

Hi i recently moved to LA and i have metastasized kidney cancer in my neck,lung,abdoman and right kidney and i lost my left kidney in 08 to testicular cancer,can anyone advise me to find a great advanced clinic for my cancer?also i took Sutent for 8 month but it is too toxic and i end up in emergency room 4 times,any help will be appreciated

I don't have any advice to offer as although I have stage 5 kidney failure I don't have any experience with cancer but I just wanted to respond to wish you all the very best for finding some help. This forum is very supportive so stay in touch.
