Swelling on legs

Hi... I m noticing little swelling on my both legs... what is it mean?? Is it can be reversible

There are numerous reasons for having swelling in the legs. Too many for me to list without knowing more about your conditions. Please consult your doctor. I was experiencing a little “body bloat”. (Not diagnosed as edema from heart issues, etc) A low sodium diet with 2-3 liters a water a day and my entire body slimmed out. I can assure you most doctors would say going this route for anybody will reap benefits for health unless they have hypokemia. I am 53 no CKD but have age related diminished capacity of kidneys that everyone experiences.
