I need to start loosing weight , done it so many time it’s getting much harder now

You say that you have been on this journey so many times before, this time think about changing the approach you have used before as it obviously isn't sustainable for you.

Come back and tell us the approach you have used in the past.

It sounds like you have already learned that starting to lose weight is the relatively easy part. There are many different diets that will get some weight off. The trick is to find a way of eating that you can live with long term and that will first get rid of the weight but then help you to keep it off.

You will get plenty of advice here about different ways that have worked for other people but you need to think carefully about what you can tolerate over the long term. Losing a load of weight on an unsustainable diet is frustrating if when you go back to "normal" eating the weight all rushes back. A lot of us have been there.
