I just want to say a massive thank you to all the people who have supported me since May on my quest to losing weight today I have gone through my 3 stone and it’s made me cry for all those that has support me.
I’m on the LCHF eating plan and I never in my wildest dreams did I ever believe I could lose this sort of weight with what I eat.
One of my favourites is vegetable curry I can eat it breakfast lunch and dinner I don’t but I do love it.
People as me what I am doing, I have massive help from my husband, who is 100% helping me.
It’s my breakfasts I have this most mornings but sometimes curry vegetables. Thank you🌻
Well done Hidden thats a massive achievement especially during lockdown. I am so impressed with the progress you have made.

My previous Dr - he’s retired now- told me to go and lose some weight first when I asked him for help!! 😳😂

I no doctors want you to do a low calorie diet I starve on them I’ve tried 100s and you always cave it. With this i only eat when I’m hungry and cause I’m having good fat it keeps me fuller for longer🌻
