Just can't lose it

So I've always had a terrible relationship with food starving for days or eating very late at night. But over the last year after I was put on some medication which helped me put on so much weight I am now over 6 stone over weight. I went to the drs to beg for help in loosing the weight and they started me on a weight loss program but before that got started they diagnosed me with diabetes. Now they are saying I can't do the weight loss program. I have been trying so hard for 6 weeks and I have lost a big fat nothing I mean not even a lb I dont get it. Im awful when it come to calorie counting no matter how hard I try I just can't get this weight loss rubbish

Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum

First of all, to help you find your way around, and enjoy all the things we have on offer, please read the Welcome Newbies Post here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Take your time to read it carefully as it has lots of information.

I’m sorry you are not allowed to take part in the weight loss programme, is there a diabetes prevention programme in your area? That may be more suitable. You may also find a different approach more helpful, have a read of this phcuk.org/wp-content/upload... A diet higher in fat seems to work much better at both reversing Diabetes and preventing hunger 😊
