Survived my first meal out

So yesterday I took my Mum out for a Mother’s Day meal. I really wanted to enjoy my meal so I chose what I was going to eat before hand and added it to my calorie counter first thing in the morning. That meant for breakfast and lunch I knew how many calories I could have to stay within my target for the day. If you’re going out, maybe this tip will work for you too. 🙂

Great planning and great idea focusbest , then you can just relax and enjoy your meal and the company, which is how it should be :)
