New starter, emotional/boredom eater

Hi all,

I've calculated my BMI and looks like I need to lose 25 pounds to be in the mid range. So I'm starting today with the NHS plan and hoping that I can make the changes to make the weight loss permanent. I suffer with emotional over eating challenges and would welcome and direction to other resources on this website. Thanks and good luck to all.
