Hi All, What a wonderful surprise trhis morning when I stepped onto the scales a 7lb weight loss this week !!! after 4 weeks sticking to my healthy eating plan and it did not budge, it was really dsspointing to the point I had thought of giving up, but jst to let you all know, do keep on track even if the dammned scales don't shift, all good things come to those who wait (hopefully) so that is 3 and a half stone now since Feb this year I am DELIGHTED and thank you all so much for your great support and advice since I started, I am due to go into hospital on the 29 of this month for major surgery (the first of two ops I have been waiting for, so this loss of weight must (fingers crosdsed) really help. Wow Im so delighted for you I joked yesterday on my weigh in day that I thought I would need a butchers knife to slice off a bit in order for my scales to move Loll but like you I am just pushing on with my healthy eating which has now become a real way of life and I know results will come on the scales eventually. I measured myself this am and I am getting results there but as you wrote those dammed scales are stuck loll. All the very best for your operation I will pray all goes well and will look forward to reading your future postings Hugs x
