Week 1 done
Week 1 done. 3lbs off and total of 8 inches overall off 💪 today I started couch to 5k and really enjoyed the first work out. Can’t wait for this week. Food prep done for the next 4 days too. Buzzing !!!!

No I’m not I do shift work so I work 4 days doing 10-10 and them I’m off for 4 days so none the classes run the times I’d be available but I do have very expensive and very good scales which I use xxx

Wow well done!! That’s amazing progress! Are you following a certain diet or just calorie control? My first weigh-in is tomorrow, had a little slip tonight whilst out for dinner with my husband for our 10th anniversary so I’m a bit mad with myself. I chose wisely but forgot to ask for a small portion and then ate it all... Argh!
Calorie count this week I’m being even stricter I had the few slip ups this week and had a couple nibbles on things I shouldn’t but it made me work harder at the gym lol. This week I’ve got 100g 5% mince and 100g sweet potato 3 times a day and 30g bran flakes in the morning. It’s all in pots so I can just grab and go xx
Obviously I’ll have fruit added xx
I hope that is enough calories NinkyNoo90 ? If you are running you will need to eat enough or you will lose body mass, won’t be able to build muscle and will make yourself ill.
