Spanish Mini Challenge

My entry is taken from a 2015 holiday on the rugged Costa Brava in Catalonia. I had just reached my target weight and was feeling my best for several years . We stayed at Aigua Blava near Pars, a beautiful old town, and also walked several hours along the scenic coastal path. Further south, the fortress at Tossa is flying the catalonian flag, and the glass of San Miguel was ( in my opinion) very well deserved in that heat 😎!!

Thank you IndigoBlue61 very sweet of you to say especially as i have another scary birthday coming up this week.

Seriously though, losing weight isn't just about body size. It gives us the strength to review other things about ourselves, our hairstyle, dress sense etc, plus an inner happiness that comes with feeling fitter.

I have a new hairstyle, different style of clothes and a whole new confidence in my physical ability. It sound daft but I carried two cups of tea up our spiral stairs yesterday!!

I think I've said before but my sister live on the Costa Brava and I've been to all the places you mentioned 😊 A beautiful place

I can relate to those things too, and your sister lives in a lovely place...I was a travel agent for thirty years and I feel that coast is quite underestimated. I do hope you enjoy your next visit. Im sure you will 😊
