So about 2 and a half months ago I started a programme with my local gym - an hour and a half of cardio and weights three times a week, since then Ive lost 3.5 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and gone down a dress size- however Ive only lost a total of 3 pounds since then, I know muscle weighs more than fat and the scales will start going down soon and I am seeing a difference but is there anybody else going through this that can help me with my motivation? Its getting hard to stay motivated when youve been working your arse off for 10 weeks and your still over 13 stone!

Why not log onto the Daily Diary, Jess, because weight loss is more about the food you eat, than the exercise you do :)
