Hi I'm Rebecca and around 2 years ago I decided I wanted to lose weight after sitting at just over 15 stone. My lifestyle changed completely as I moved overseas and I joined the gym and loved it. I would meal prep and had so much will power to keep going. when I returned back to the Uk a few months ago I was 11.7 stone so I had lost 3 and a half stone and felt amazing. Since then however I have slowly gained a stone even after still going to the gym a lot I found I was eating bad food more often so I am now on a mission to get back down to 11.7 stone and then finish it off with an extra half a stone so I finish at 11 stone!
