From time to time, I see (and sometimes respond to) posts from other wheelchair users, trying to lose weight and stay healthy but struggling to find suitable exercise. Of course, everyone is different. What works for me might not work for you and vice versa.
This afternoon, I found this information booklet, which has loads of tips. I thought it was worth sharing.
If any other people out there fancy a challenge specifically for people with mobility difficulties, let me know. Sometimes it's nice to know we're not in it alone.
