8 weeks ago I booked a holiday. 8 weeks ago I set myself the challenge of increasing my activity, eating healthily and loosing weight. Have I achieved this...a big fat NO!!! Instead my activity has remained pretty minimal, my eating hasn't changed (it's not exactly unhealthy but there is a lot of room for improvement). And thanks to this afternoons holiday wardrobe trying on session...I am now depressed, annoyed and frustrated with myself 🙁 so after some time of not checking into hear, I'm back and hoping for some inspiration.
