I am a 67 year old female and since retiring and having back and brain surgery have put on a lot of weight. I was always a size 14 but am now bordering a 22. i hate it but find it hard to get in to the mindset to diet. Since my back surgery after which left me walking differently I also have a foot problem which my podiatrists makes better but then it returns! Walking is quite uncomfortable even painful at times and I therefore lead a very sedentary life now. I do want to lose weight but just don't do anything about it. Motivate me please.
