Big ideas, positive changes

I've stuck to logging my food on my Fitbit in total since Monday πŸ™ŒπŸ» and as tempting as it was to buy Krispy Kreme's 🍩 (why did work let them visit) or tank a bar of chocolate 🍫 I've resisted and reached for the fruit πŸ‰

I've also set mini goals in place so that I can highlight them off my list and I can see the progress I've made (love my lists). So far I've ticked off joining the Obesity Empowerment Network oen.org.uk/get-involved/ and my diplomas in Nutrition and Weight Management start the end of this month πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŽ“

Baby steps but we're getting there πŸ’–
