Big ideas, positive changes

I've stuck to logging my food on my Fitbit in total since Monday πŸ™ŒπŸ» and as tempting as it was to buy Krispy Kreme's 🍩 (why did work let them visit) or tank a bar of chocolate 🍫 I've resisted and reached for the fruit πŸ‰

I've also set mini goals in place so that I can highlight them off my list and I can see the progress I've made (love my lists). So far I've ticked off joining the Obesity Empowerment Network and my diplomas in Nutrition and Weight Management start the end of this month πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŽ“

Baby steps but we're getting there πŸ’–
