I've stuck to logging my food on my Fitbit in total since Monday ππ» and as tempting as it was to buy Krispy Kreme's π© (why did work let them visit) or tank a bar of chocolate π« I've resisted and reached for the fruit π
I've also set mini goals in place so that I can highlight them off my list and I can see the progress I've made (love my lists). So far I've ticked off joining the Obesity Empowerment Network oen.org.uk/get-involved/ and my diplomas in Nutrition and Weight Management start the end of this month ππ»π©π»βπ
