I am new to this forum but not new to trying to loose weight. I am 57 and have been dieting nearly all my life. I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive MS when I was 48. Unfortunately not ver the past couple of years as the disease has progressed I have put on weight. My MS nurse said I was verging on being obese and because I am almost sedentary I should only have 1000 calories per day. I'm finding this really hard and really boring.
I need help with easy calorie counted healthy recipes.
Also I can not find the 'events' on the home page to click on for the weigh in.
Can any body be help please
