How did that happen??!!

Evening all. Been a bit of a roller coaster since I started about 10 days ago but most surprised this morning to get on the scales and I've lost 5.5lb!!

I do have a question though. I'm diabetic and currently got a horrible cold and chest infection. Because I feel so rough I'm not eating properly and I'm having trouble keeping my blood glucose stable. Anyone got any tips please?

  • Blood glucose keeps stable by having a little protein every three hours, ie 6-8 almonds, or cottage cheese, a couple of ounces chicken or meat.
