First let me apologise for lying to you yesterday, my car passed its mot this morning, not sure how, but it did! Have got about £300 worth of advisories with it though lol.
So I've had a busy morning school run, car to the garage, walk into town to get shopping, back to the garage to pick up the car, back to school to pick sick son up but after my weigh-in this morning I have lost 3 lbs and an inch off my waist
This afternoon I have school work planned, I am into week 3 of my nutrition and wellbeing course (finishes next week), about half way through my healthy eating course and I'm waiting to start a new course on understanding anxiety, depression and CBT therapy, so keeping busy. I spend an hour at the computer and then spend 10-15 minutes stretching or walking about. I have learned today though that apparently bananas are good for relieving nicotine cravings!! That's a new one on me, so will give it a try.
