I'm new here. After going to the doctors for an MOT I found that my BMI is horrendous and I decided I had to do something about my unhealthy weight. As I've got older I've found it an uphill struggle to shift weight. I love my food. I have and can be very active, however I have had a few problems over the last few years. Firstly I ruptured my tibial tendons in both the left and right ankles and had to have them repaired. Just recently had a surgical procedure on both my big toes as I've had ingrowing toe nails for years and hears hoping that this surgery works. Could not go swimming for six weeks. Week four I managed to get back on my bike even though it was a bit uncomfortable and then last Thursday, at week five I decided to get back to my deep aqua class. I'm hoping by joining this group it gives me a bit more incentive and a huge kick up the backside!
