How to put on 1lb in a week. It should be hard..

Hi Losers

Right then. The truth about putting 1lb on in a week.

In order to do this you have to eat an extra 3500 calories of food more than you burn off in calories.

How much is that?

Well peeps, its the same as eating a 500 calorie meal every single day for a whole week. 500 calories every single day on top of what you normally eat. That is no mean feat. You really have to keep your eye on the ball and think about what you are doing to yourselves. The aim of everyone trying to lose weight is, in my opinion, to lose 1lb a week. Can be done and sustained and, if throughout the year, even if you took 4 weeks off, you could lose 48lbs in one year. That is a huge amount of weight. I recently had to run wearing big boots and a back pack weighing 35lbs for the Parachute Regiments Paras10. A run just to get a medal and a T shirt and let me tell you, 35lbs, when you put that on your back, you soon realise what that weight must be doing to you every single day of the week. I have lost over 147lbs. Yes that is 10st 7lbs and I would hate to try and lift that. So, if you are putting on just 1lb a week, then you really do need to sit down and re-evaluate your eating habits and your exercise levels.

Cut your calorie intake by 300 calories a day and do 200 calories of exercise a day to give you that extra boost. 3OO calories a day is a good target and stops you getting hungry.
