Hello everyone. I hope you are all having a positive week. Last week I received some excellent advice about using this forum to its potential and I am happy to report that from engaging properly with others I have had a good week on the food front and am hoping for a loss in tomorrows weigh in. My pledge for this week in front of all you lovely people is to abstain from alcohol, which, for me, is the bigger issue in my weight loss adventure. I aim to check in daily with an update and really appreciate your support. If there is anyone else out there with similar issues I would be very glad to have a team effort where we can help each other?
