Well-did 3 sessions of exercise dvd and brisk walking............upped the veggies, aimed to do healthy eating. My focus was getting active. Setting myself goal of 4 dvd exercise sessions, continue brisk walking and introduce strength activity too. Have lost 1 lb this week- this spurs me on to keep active. Just to say it's working out what is doable instead of having crazy ideas that just aren't going to happen! I enjoy moving to music so the dvd is great for me.
