I have this week ate an abundance of crap and i do not really know why , i have started exercise but unfortunatly have not done the 150 mins for the week, am not weighing myself until tomorrow but im scared that i will have put on all that i lost last week (which was 4ilbs) have not really had any stress but i feel that i may have felt lonely and this may have made me eat and eat . well i cant do anything until the morning - till i see the dreaded numbers and just pray that i ma not more than when i started .
PLEASE PLEASE MAKE ME NOT HAVE PUT ON , EVEN IF I HAVE NOT LOST ANYMORE THATS FINE JUST DONT WANT TO BE WHAT I WAS WHEN I STARTED.

If only there was some scales magic we could send you! If you do not lose what you are hoping for this week, at least you will know why you haven't. And you will know what to do about it. But here's to hoping it's just pre-scale worrying, which we all do. It was years before I stopped worry eating the day before the weigh in. But we can all learn in the end.
The longer term issue is why are you still buying crap, especially in abundant quantities? Find ways of taking it off your shopping list and keep it out of that trolley. If I go down the biscuit aisle, some biscuits will end up in my basket. So I don't go down the aisle. Why make it harder for ourselves? If that food isn't in the house, we may still pop out to get it, but the walk might offset the extra kcal. If you live with other people, stop buying them treats and ask them to keep the treats they buy hidden from you.
If you want to lose weight you are going to have to change some habits. It is so much easier to change your buying habits, than to change your eating habits when facing a temptation. I cannot resist temptation, so I work really hard at making sure there isn't any around. Maybe that is a trick you can try?
And good luck with that dreaded weigh in. Let us know how you got on.
