Monday weigh in

Hi all!

Sorry for the late add but I was away last Monday so didn't manage to weigh in till Tuesday and amazingly despite a weekend away and being back on chocolate (I had given it up for Lent) I managed to lose 1lb!  This week I lost another 2lbs 😊 I'm not really following a particular diet at the moment because I'm just trying to work on portion control and eating more healthily with less sugary snacks.  The first week I started calorie counting and even with eating more healthily and more aware I was horrified how many calories I was consuming which is when I became more aware of portion sizes.
