Hello! I'm a 33 year old female who currently weighs 68kg... What can I say? Have had a tough couple of years... Was caring for a terminally ill family member as well as working a full time job. The exercise and healthy eating were the first to be sacrificed... Coupled with being an emotional Eater! I have gained 10kg + over this time and now I say 'enough is enough!' The goal is to lose 8-10kg in 12 weeks and improve my fitness also by using the couch to 5k app! Feeling pretty positive right now!
