Hi everyone, hope you are all having a super Easter and not over doing it. Weighed myself this A.M. as usual . Unbelievable...... lost 2.5/8 1bs Yeah! . So immediately tried my Jeans on to see if they would fit again, as this was my Easter challenge. Delighted to announce buttoned & zipped up. So,so, pleased with this new me, and this healthy eating programme. Thanks to all the encouragement, & positive support I for the first time feel that I am in control of all the years I have been comfort eating. Last week I stayed the same weight and was a little discouraged but still felt positive. After reading all the notes with the community I achieved a change of exercising, got the bike out as the weather was on my side. I still walk indoors as I do enjoy that, but a little less than before. I do prefer upright exercise. I also achieved to eat more natural fats twice a week which was recommended, thanks lowcal and all of you. Healthy eating once you digest the change with yourself is certainly the way forward. I found it a struggle the first 2 weeks, but after that with all the support and ideas on the forum I soon dived into action. Next week is my 12th week. Apart from my Easter challenge , I set a goal for my daughters wedding in June. I know now that I can achieve this, No way could I have been so positive to say that 11 weeks ago. Never give up, don't worry if you don't lose every week, just stick with it there is so much motivation out their for us all.
