Hi all, it's been a few months since I have posted, I am still managing to run 2 miles 2 or 3 times a week, although just had my appendix out so not allowed to run for a while. It's been 2 weeks and I am going stir crazy, very worried that I will lose my fitness levels! On the weight front......this needs attention, stayed at 12St 13lbs for sometime now so need to kick start the 12 week programme and get out of the bad habits that have sneaked back in especially as I am not able to run. Set myself a goal to lose 2 stone by July and I have a great incentive.....Florida in August.....the thought of those water parks is definately a huge incentive!
