Planned the weekend again

Planned the weekend meals and the exercise to keep me in line for the Monday weigh in. It worked last week. Having the next week off work so much discipline needed. Won't be racing around like crazy person I am during a working week. Potential for disaster.

Hi Happymary,

Fantastic that you've planned your weekend meals and your exercise, I think that is such a great strategy for getting through the challenges of a weekend. Like you say, it worked last week, so it should be good for helping you towards the Monday weigh-in.
