Hi MW02,

Hope you're enjoying your holiday! Great that you're enjoying all that Line Dancing - that's great exercise!

You asked for help in terms of keeping you on a healthy diet. Have you looked at the NHS 12 week programme? There's a direct link to it here:

Have a read through and see if you fancy trying it? It's really good, lots of good advice and an excellent structure. In addition you could join our Monday group weigh-in, if you fancied joining in on that. If you look at my profile, you'll be able to link to any of the old weigh-in threads, so you can see what the group is like, and whether you'd like to be part of it.

Hope you enjoy the remainder of your holiday, and hope the NHS 12 week plan will be helpful to you.

You could use an app like Myfitnesspal to help you to keep a log of your food and drink intake and exercise too. That would be helpful in terms of enabling you to keep on track.

Good luck!

ask for fruit salad at night and sorbet if they do it, and egg, boiled poached with grilled tomatoes bacon, cut out the carbs just eat meat and green veg at night no wine . when I was on dancing holiday in dec I did that and lost 2lb. still try and count the calories no lattes or cakes if you really want to lose.

Enjoy your holiday and address any weight gain when you get home. If you are really strict for a few days immediately you arrive home my experience shows that the extra weight gained can be lost very quickly. Trust me it happens everyttime I go away and that is quite a few times a year.. Still lost 8 stones in total.
