I'm not really sure what's different about today in particular but for the first time in a really long time I actually feel in control of what I'm eating. It's still early days in the diet for me so I've factored in a treat during the day so I don't binge but I don't feel the need to eat the entire kitchen. I know it's not going to be easy sailing and I'll still slip up along the way but for the first time I feel like I can really do this, instead of just feeling like I want to do it. It's a nice feeling and I'm holding onto it while it lasts!
